A top diving coach, Todd Mulzet is a former three-time Big East conference diver of the year. With over 30 years of experience, he has taught divers of all abilities and ages. Todd Mulzet has coached in prestigious college and international programs and most recently served as an associate head diving coach and director of Novice and Developmental Programs at Mission Viejo Nadadores Diving Team (MVND).
Launched in 1977, MVND teaches diving to everyone from beginners to Olympic qualifiers. Its Marguerite Aquatics Complex in Mission Viejo, California, is fully equipped to provide the environment necessary to help divers of all skill levels refine their technique. The team is staffed by highly qualified coaches who offer a disciplined, positive, and respectful learning atmosphere and endeavor to achieve the desired team/coach camaraderie.
MVND is affiliated with USA Diving, Inc., the country’s national governing organization for platform and springboard diving. In its 43 years of existence, MVND has garnered 48 national championships and is the only team to win all four World Championships in a single year. The organization has produced eight Olympians, including diving icons Wendy Wyland, Michele Mitchell, and Greg Louganis. Its divers have also won six Olympic gold medals.
